Here is our FAQ’s
Caretakers are suggested to be available all the time for hospital care team. Visitors are allowed only certain hours in a day for better recovery of patient. Only 2 visitors are allowed into patient’s room at a time to avoid noise and crowding.
Admission process is quick and hassle free. Patient is initially checked by medical officer and admitted after discussion with patient’s family and relatives.
We accept payments by cash, UPI Transfers, PayTM, debit/credit cards or cheque.
We do not have in house canteen facility, however we have tie up with third party catering facility who provide hygenic food in clean disposable plates and containers.
As we do not have in house canteen facility, we give our patients and their family the choice if they wish to get food to patient on their own. Dietary guidance would be provided. Caretakers can have any food they wish.
Condition of patient is explained to caretakers/family by doctors and nursing staff regularly. Reports can be taken from nursing staff.
We have all our doctors, residents, nursing staff available round the clock to provide best care for patients.
Patients are discharged after recovery and thorough examination. All instructions, advices, summary of treatment details are explained by nursing staff at the time of discharge. Discharge will be processed only after clearing the hospital bill.
